Summary

Layers in Agility are used to associate language versions with layers in Adobe InDesign documents. In this way you can, for example, request an "English" version of a PDF and the Agility Connector for InDesign will know to activate the "Images", "en-GB English" and "Layer 1" layers of a document to generate the PDF.

Select a Layer in the list to edit it.

Gadget Action Menu Items

Create Layer...

Opens an editor to let you define a new Layer.

Edit Layer...

An alternative to clicking on a Layer's name to open its editor.

Delete Layer...

The selected Layer will be deleted.

Access Rights...

Administrator users can set the access rights to Layers for User Groups or individual Users. These access rights apply to Layers in general, not to specific Layers.

Add—create new definitions
Edit—change existing definitions
Remove—remove existing definitions
Inherit—use the access rights from the parent group

Refresh

Clears the Filter field.
