Design Groups screen

Summary

The Design Group screen lets you create, delete and rename Design Groups and change the designs in those groups.

The screen is divided into two panes: on the left is a browser showing the current structure of design groups within Agility, and on the right is a list of all Agility designs. Any designs in the the currently-highlighted group will have their checkboxes checked and will appear at the top of the list.

To add or remove designs from a group, navigate to the group using the browser on the left, and check or un-check the appropriate users' checkboxes on the right.

You cannot remove a design from a group if it is not in another group. You cannot add a design to a group if it's an ancestor of the group: in other words, you can't create a loop where a design is a child or descendant of itself.

Select Apply to save these changes.
