Dashboards configuration

Summary

The Dashboards configuration option lets you view, edit and share dashboards.

Gadget Action Menu Items

 Create Dashboard...

You cannot create a Dashboard on this screen—select Create New Dashboard... from the Dashboard side menu.

 Edit Dashboard...

You cannot edit a Dashboard on this screen—select  on the Dashboard side menu to open a Dashboard in edit mode.

 Delete Saved Searches...

You cannot delete Dashboards.

 Access Rights...

Administrator users can set the access rights to Dashboards for User Groups or individual Users. These access rights apply to Dashboards in general, not to specific Dashboards.

  • Add—create new Dashboards
  • Edit—change existing Dashboards
  • Remove—remove existing Dashboards
  • Inherit—use the access rights from the parent group

Permission to use specific Dashboards is set by selecting  on the Dashboards side menu then editing the Share with list.

 Map Field labels

Select this to update the labels for indexed attributes with the Short Names of each language version. The language version will be included in brackets after the name.

For example, if the indexed attribute's Short Name is "Desc" then its label for the "English" language versions would be "Desc (English)".

 Refresh

Clears the Filter field.
