Summary
The Workflow Definition screen lets you set the basic aspects of a workflow.
The aspects of a Workflow are:
- Name - the name of the workflow, which must be unique
- Same For All Languages - the states in the workflow do not vary from one language version to another, and the state will appear the same in different language versions
A Same For All Languages workflow cannot be used for either object types or language dependent attribute definitions. - Jump To Any State - states do not have to be changed sequentially
- Require Comment When Moving Forwards - users will be prompted to enter a comment when moving a state forwards in the sequence
- Require Comment When Moving Backwards - users will be prompted to enter a comment when moving a state forwards in the sequence
