Workflow Groups

Summary
The Workflow Groups screen lets you set the order of workflow groups, create, rename and delete them.
You can set the order of groups by dragging and dropping them in the list. Note that you cannot reorder any groups that have been used for one or more Workflow States. Groups you can reorder are shown in bold.

Reordering Groups
Drag and drop a group to change its order. Groups at the top of the list are considered as being "before" those lower in the list.
You cannot change the order of groups that are used by one or more Workflow States, but you can reorder unused groups around them.
Add
Select this to create a Workflow Group. The new group will be added at the bottom of the list.
Rename
Select this to change the name of a Workflow Group. Renaming a group will not affect its position in the order of groups.
Delete
Select this to remove a Workflow Group. You cannot delete groups that are used by one or more Workflow States.
