Workflow Notifications

When a workflow step is assigned to a user or a change has been made to an existing workflow step(s), a notification is sent to the user in CXO and is available for view from the notification icon.
When you click on the notification for a new step(s) assigned, you can see the assigned step(s) under the future tab.
User is also notified when the step assigned to them is ready for them to work on in a workflow. The title of the workflow is mentioned in the notification for the user to easily identify which workflow the step belongs to.
If a step has been edited for an ongoing workflow, clicking the notification will direct you to the details page as the edit will be in effect only from the future runs of the workflow.
