CXO extends its comprehensive features by introducing Workflows. Workflows allows you to access all your closing process data via CXO as opposed to maintaining multiple excel sheets and drafts while starting your reporting cycle.
In the process of periodic closing, users use Excel sheets and emails with information regarding to what needs to be completed, by what time, by whom, with several emails doing the rounds. This can get confusing and lead to multiple versions of the truth regarding the closing process.
With CXO Workflows, users can ease up the process. With features to assign, track and review your tasks reports all from CXO itself, everyone involved in the submission of the workflow is on the same page and has visibility to the timelines for submission and status. When an admin creates a workflow, they assign the tasks to be performed by the individual user clearly defining the expected end date for submission. This can eliminate the back-and-forth emails and updating of excel sheets for reports to be completed.
Users with the required permissions can define a combination of storyboards and reports and CXO entities where data is visible to create a workflow. For the data and comments in these reports, the admin can assign different users to complete the steps by its designated due dates which are calculated using the workdays.
