Introduction

The Data Entry report gives the possibility to load external data. For example when there is a need to store the data in a central environment to analyze and explain with narratives. The loaded data can be combined with EPM data in multi-source reports. This report has a slightly different look and feel than the most CXO reports.

1. Rows

This list defines the rows of the report. This list influences most of the look and feel of the report. All list formatting options are supported.Yes
2. ColumnsMandatory | A list of items that will be used as columns in the report. Each item can be a combination of members from the dimensions associated with the list (usually Category, Year and/or Period).Yes

3. Allow Change Members On Rows

With this option the flexibility of the report can be set. Allowing this option means that the user can copy existing metadata members in the rows to load data. If set to 'No' the only option to load data is on the given members in the load report.Yes
4. Allow Parent Members On RowsWith this option to possibility to load data on parent members can be set to 'YES'. However, this is not advised to do, because with the possibility of loading data on a parent, can give the problem that duplicate data is loaded in case there is also data on the child of this parent member.
