The workflow details page displays information like the frequency of the workflow, and the POV used. This page also shows the storyboards and reports that are in scope for this workflow.

There are five steps for which owners and due dates are assigned in a workflow. All the steps are self-reported. It is partially up to the user to interpret what is in and out of scope for the steps.

Steps:
1. Complete data in source system(s)
At this step the user is required to make sure that the data used from the EPM system are correct and completed.
2. Review data
The data needs to get reviewed at this stage either in the source system or in CXO. It is recommended to review in CXO as the Status Icon indicates when the data is ready for review.
3. Add comments
At this step we can also add Commentary.
4. Review comments
Review the comments that also get flagged on the Status Icon and mark as completed.
5. Finalize
When this step is marked as complete, the workflow is marked as complete on Status Icon, and these will no longer appear under My Tasks.

When a step is completed, the user marks the task as done on the workflow details page.

When you click Mark as done button, you see a message asking you to confirm the action.

From steps 2 to 5, the user has the option to send the tasks back by one step if the need be. For instance, because there was an error in the data, and step one needs to be done again.

When the user clicks on Send one step back button, they get prompted to confirm the step. After confirmation, the step is available again for the owner of the previous step to redo the step. This option is available for the step owner and the users with admin rights.

The workflow is marked as complete when all the steps of the workflow have been completed.
