Introduction
A pick list is a list building block that can be to file item selectors. Item selectors appear on many reports and can contain calculated items as well.
List Attributes
Basic Attributes
List Attribute | Default | Description |

Empty | No | Empty lines will not be visible, if you set this attribute to yes. |
Visible | Yes | By setting this attribute to no, the line will be hidden. Hiding an item can be useful for a calculation step in a formula. |
Custom Description | Empty | The custom description overrides the default generated name. You can use either a fixed text or a Dynamic Label Expression |
Formula | Empty | By specifying a formula this item will be calculated. |
Format | Default Format | The /wiki/spaces/CXO/pages/2806776298 can be used to override scaling and precision. |
Order | Max + 1 | Use the order attribute to reorder the items. |
Advanced Attributes

Header Format | Default | The header /wiki/spaces/CXO/pages/2806776298 defines how the column header should be formatted. |
Reverse Valuation | No | When this attribute is set to yes, the Valuation will be reversed. This means negative becomes positive and the other way around. Changing the valuation will influence the variance coloring. |
Reverse Sign | No | When this attribute is set to yes, the sign will be flipped. |
Insert Data Label in Chart | No | When this attribute is set to yes, the data labels will be included into the chart |
Variance Threshold | Empty | Threshold value for the Variance (e.g., Actual vs. Budget). If the Variance is less than this Threshold, then a neutral variance color is used (Orange). Otherwise Red (indicating an unfavorable variance) or Green (favorable variance) is used. Use e.g. -200;300 for an absolute threshold or -10%;20% for a relative threshold. |
