Depending on the list dimension chosen for a specific list, the first column(s) will be the dimension(s) which is chosen for each item. In the example above, that is the Account dimension.

Visible
Yes
By setting this attribute to no, the line will be hidden. Hiding an item can be useful for a calculation step in a formula.
Custom Description
Empty
The custom description overrides the default generated name. You can use either a fixed text or a Dynamic Label Expression
Order | Use the order attribute to reorder the rows. | 1, 2, 3... | Max + 1 |
Item Label | The default name of the item is displayed. | n/a | n/a |
Drill | By assigning a drill list to a row, a drill icon will appear in front of the line in the report. This drill list allows the end-user to drill to that list. If a dimension member of an item is a parent in the dimension hierarchy then the end user can also assign a dynamic drill to an item instead of another list. | Empty, Populated | Empty |
Formula | By specifying a formula this |
line will be calculated. |

Use the order attribute to reorder the items.
attribute will specify the look and feel of the row. This format is not applied to the header of the row, but only to its values. | Default, Default_bold, Default_left, ... | Default |
Header | The header /wiki/spaces/CXO/pages/2806776298, defines how the |
row header should be formatted. |
Reverse Valuation
No
When this attribute is set to yes, the Valuation will be reversed. This means negative becomes positive and the other way around. Changing the valuation will influence the variance coloring.
Reverse Sign
The available values are identical with the ones used by the "Format" attribute, but applied only on the row header. | Default, Default_bold, Default Highlighted Header, ... | Default Format | |
Insert Data Label | Use this filed to determine whether the item value will be displayed. Relevant for chart reports only | Yes/No | No |

Variance Threshold
Empty
Threshold value for the Variance (e.g., Actual vs. Budget). If the Variance is less than this Threshold, then a neutral variance color is used (Orange). Otherwise Red (indicating an unfavorable variance) or Green (favorable variance) is used. Use e.g. -200;300 for an absolute threshold or -10%;20% for a relative threshold.
