Summary
The User Group screen allows the user to lets you create, delete and rename User Groups, and change which users are the members of those groups and set which AMI workspaces are available to User Groups.
The screen is divided into two panes: On on the left is a browser showing the current structure of user groups within Agility, and on the right is a list of all Agility users. Any users which are members of the currently-highlighted group will have their checkboxes checked and will appear at the top of the list.
To add or remove users from a group, navigate to the group using the browser on the left, and check or un-check the appropriate users' checkboxes on the right. To

The User Group screen remembers changes made in all of its groups, so if you navigate away from a group and then return to it you will find any selection changes you made have been remembered, but when clicking the 'Apply' button to save changes back to the server only selecting Apply will save changes only for the currently-selected group is modified. |

Group Avatars
If your system's Group object type has a Preview Attribute defined then you can upload an image for a user group, to replace the default initials: hover over the initials and select Upload Image.
You may select a WebP, PNG or JPEG image smaller than 500KB.
Menu Items
AddAdd User Group...
This Select this option launches a dialog to allow the creation of to create a new User Group . The new group will be created as a child of the currently-selected group.
AddAdd Root User Group...
Much like the 'Add User Group' option, Select this option allows the user to create a new group, but in this case the group will be created as a root-level group at the top of the group structure.
DeleteDelete User Group
This Select this option allows to delete the currently -selected user group to be deleted, but will first prompt the user to confirm that the group should be deleted.
Renameselected User Group.
Rename User Group...
Launches a dialog which allows the currently-selected group Select this option to be re-namedname the currently selected User Group.
AssignAssign Workspaces to Group...
Launches a dialog which lets you assign (or deassign) gadget Select this option to assign or de-assign AMI workspaces to the currently - selected group.
CopyCopy Users
Selecting Select this option will cause all of the users currently selected in the gadget's righthand pane to be copied to the to copy the currently selected users to the AMI clipboard.
PastePaste Users
This option will cause all of the user objects currently selected on the clipboard to be selected Select this option to check the boxes in the righthand pane of the user screen. Note however that the for the users currently on the AMI clipboard.
