After a task has been assigned to a user, the first upcoming task will be visible under the My tasks tab. Under the My tasks tab, all the tasks for the next 7 calendar days will be displayed on top of the page under the heading Next 7 days. All the other assigned tasks for the user for that current month gets displayed under Later. Only tasks for active workflows get displayed under My Tasks tab. This means that workflows which have already finished won’t be displayed, and nor will workflows for which the starting date is in the future. The user can click on the workflow from under the list to open the Workflow details page .

The workflow details page displays information like the frequency of the workflow, and the POV used. This page also shows the storyboards and reports that are in scope for this workflow.

Steps:
1. Complete data in source system(s)
At this step the user is required to make sure that the data used from the EPM system are correct and completed.


2. Review data
The data needs to get reviewed at this stage either in the source system or in CXO. It is recommended to review in CXO as the Status Icon indicates when the data is ready for review.


3. Add comments
At this step we can also add Commentary.


4. Review comments
Review the comments that also get flagged on the Status Icon and mark as completed


5. Finalize
When this step is marked as complete, the workflow is marked as complete on Status Icon, and these will no longer appear under My Tasks.

When the user clicks on Send one step back button, they get prompted to confirm the step. After confirmation, the step is available again for the owner of the previous step to redo the step.  This option is available for the step owner and the users with admin rights.

The workflow is marked as complete when all the steps of the workflow have been completed.

On the workflow details page you can also choose to:

  • Edit a Workflow

  • Delete
    Click Delete to delete the workflow in its entirety: both the active instance and future instances will be deleted
