Introduction

From here, the administrator can set/change specification of the dimension settings defaults on the source system level.

When you choose to manage the Sourse system defaults, on the left side you can see the avaliable source systems, the list of dimensions will be in the middle and Source System Settings on the right side.

Default Point of View Settings

Here, you can choose which dimensions will be used as filters. If you cick on the edit Button, the list of dimensions of the source systems will be displayed. After choosing the POV dimensions, they will be grayed out (Dimension and Initial Value when Primary column) and will be shown on top of the list according to the POV order.

Edit dimension

On double click on any of the columns, the edit popup will appear.  Here, you can choose the Dimension Hierarchy Setting and the Initial Value.

Other Default Settings

Apart from the PoV settings and the initial values of dimensions, the user can also maintain the values of a number of common settings that could vary between Source Systems.
