Exporting/Printing is done asynchronously by the CXO Print Service. You can view started, pending or completed export jobs by clicking on the Refresh button.
The Export Jobs window lists all your export tasks. An export task can have the following status:
- Completed: Click on the hyperlink to open the exported document
- Failed: This status is shown when an error occurred, click on the hyperlink for an detailed error report and send this to the CXO-Cockpit Captain
- Started: The export job is currently processed, the current page indicates the progress
- Queued: The print service is currently occupied by another print job (of another user). The status field shows the length of the queue and the position of your print job.
- Submitted: The print job is submitted by the website but is not yet recognized by the CXO print service
Action to take when Print Job does not get processed or fails
Print jobs are processed asynchronously by the "CXO-Cockpit Print Server". When your print job does not get processed it could be that the "CXO-Cockpit Print Server" is not operational. When a print job fails it could be that the "CXO-Cockpit Print Server" is configured incorrectly.
In both cases contact the CXO-Cockpit Captain.
