Introduction

Depending on selected permissions a Regular User can view reports, access menu and POV, access workflows, and create storyboards.

Permissions

The main difference between a Light User and a Regular User is that the latter can have the Access Menu and Full POV permission selected. 

Regular User = user who does have the 'Access Menu and Full POV' permission. 

The difference of the 'Access Menu and Full POV' permission are as follows;

In CXO Software:

  • Menu available to open reports.
  • View Home Report.
  • Viewing a report: Can change any POV (following the current rules).
  • Can create, share storyboards, and have any role on storyboards.


In CXO Software:

  • Do not have Menu available to open reports.
  • Cannot view Home Report.
    • Home for the users will be the My Storyboards panel (click Home).
    • If the user has no shared storyboard, it shows in the panel as You do not have any shared storyboard yet.
  • Viewing a report:
    • Can change ONLY Period and Year POV (following the current rules)
    • Cannot change any of the other POV as the POV will be frozen on the first option (the first option will be determined following the current rules)
  • Cannot create storyboards and has only the Viewer role on storyboards that are shared with them.
