Introduction
Depending on selected permissions a Regular User can view reports, access menu and POV, access workflows, and create storyboards.
Permissions
The main difference between a Light User and a Regular User is that the latter can have the Access Menu and Full POV permission selected.
Regular User = user who does have the 'Access Menu and Full POV' permission.
The difference of the 'Access Menu and Full POV' permission are as follows;

| In CXO Software: - Do not have Menu available to open reports.
- Cannot view Home Report.
- Home for the users will be the My Storyboards panel (click Home).
- If the user has no shared storyboard, it shows in the panel as You do not have any shared storyboard yet.
- Viewing a report:
- Can change ONLY Period and Year POV (following the current rules)
- Cannot change any of the other POV as the POV will be frozen on the first option (the first option will be determined following the current rules)
