In a table or a multi-column report, line item comments column can be added to allow more specific details to be added to an individual line item within a report. Unlike Key Message (link to be provided) comments, line item comments do not have a limit to the number of characters used. The Item Type set in Content Panel determines if a dimension is used to store the line item comments.
To add or edit a comment:
Click the editor icon.
Click the individual line item in the Comments column to add or edit a comment and click the check mark to save.
To add a comment column:
Click CXO Designer.
Select the report.
Select the columns from the list.
Click Add Items.
Select Item Type as Comment.
To set up a line item comment:
Customize Item Label as Comments and click Save.
