Depending on the Type of User the following options can be used for the POV comments:

• Add/Edit comments

  • Manage attachments

• Subsidiary Comments

  • Copy from children

  • Copy from base

  • Copy from previous period

Add/Edit Comments

To add a POV comment:

To attach a file to the comment:

1. Click Manage attachments.

2. Click Upload a file.

If a comment already has other attached files, the user can see the list from here, along with the options to upload or delete a file.

Copy from children:

With this action the user can copy the comments entered for the child members (child Entities) to the parent level.
