Introduction

A Template is a pre delivered Report Model. This makes it very easy to quickly create a wide variety of Reports. It is possible to create a Report from a Template and inherit all settings. The reports will work as is. It is however possible to deviate from the Template by using different dimensions, different lists, different Parameters etc-defined layout with fixed objects such as Main Table, Trend Chart, Variance Chart, Breakdown Table, etc. They offer functionalities such as drill-down, expanding hierarchies, etc. Using templates eases the quick creation of a wide variety of Reports.

The Settings Panel define the look & feel and behavior of the reports. Use the template dimensions template Settings Panel to define the following:

• The way how the report queries the data from the source system Source Systems
• The way how the point Point of view View bar is configured
• The way how the central point of view worksThe way how the point of view comments Point of View Comments are stored
