Summary
The Favourites Gadget gadget shows a list of objects object instances which the user has 'favourited' selected through gadgets such as like the Browse Gadgetgadget, collected within organised in a series of user-defined folders. The object that Selecting an object in the Favourites gadget makes that object instance the current context.
If an object instance is the current context at the moment then it is also highlighted if it is contained in the Favourites gadget.
Each user has their own list of favourites . Selecting an object in the Favourites Gadget makes that object the current contextand can organise them as they wish, in one or more folders.
If there's more than one favourites folder, an object instance can only appear within one of those folders. However, if the object has several instances then each of those specific instances can be added to different favourites folders.

Gadget Action Menu Items
RemoveRemove Favourites
This will remove any currently checked selected favourites from the list.
You can also remove a favourite by selecting the star next to the object instance.
AddAdd Folder...
This action displays a dialog which accepts the name for a new folder and adds that folder to the Favourites Gadget.
RenameLets you add and name a new folder.
You can also add a folder when you select the star next to an object instance.
Rename Folder...
This action displays a dialog which accepts a new name for the currently selected folder and then renames that renames the selected folder.
RemoveRemove Folders
This action removes any the currently selected folders and all of the favourites they contain.
Refresh
The Refresh commandRefresh
This redraws the list of favourites.
