From AMI 7.2, Price Types can be found in the new 'Configuration Options' of AMI, which is designed to show gadgets with an administrative function. The Admin Browser Gadget gadget is being deprecated from Agility 7.2. |
Agility allows you to store different price values for objects in the same price list. Typically, this can be used to store price value for banded prices.
The list of Price Types potentially could be very long, and so a filter Filter text box is provided. Users can type Enter a value in here, and the list will filter out all items whose names do not match the filterto filter the list. Like similar filters in AMI, it is case-insensitive and accepts the wildcard characters ? (match any one character) and * (match any number of characters).
Each item in the list can be clicked on to open an appropriate editorSelect a Price Type to edit it.

Opens an editor to let you define a new itemPrice Type.

Edit Price Type...
An alternative to clicking on an itema Price Type's name to open its editoredit it.
Delete <item>s
The selected items will be deleted.
Refresh
Delete Price Type...
Deletes the selected Price Types.
Access Rights...
Administrator users can set the access rights to Price Types for User Groups or individual Users. These access rights apply to Price Types in general, not to specific Price Types.

- Edit—change existing definitions
- Remove—remove existing definitions
- Inherit—use the access rights from the parent group
