Default Point of View Settings
Here, you can choose which dimensions will be used as filters. If you cick on the edit Button, the list of dimensions of the source systems will be displayed. After choosing the POV dimensions which can be done by clicing on the Edit Button, they will be grayed out (Dimension and Initial Value when Primary column) and will be shown on top of the list according to the POV order.
Edit dimension
On double click on any of the columns in the Default Point of View section, the edit popup will appear. Here, you can choose the Dimension Hierarchy Setting and the Initial Value.
Comments
The Narrative Key determines if the dimension is part of the key for the comments (narratives) created by a user for this report. In case the Dimension is added in the Comment section, these means that the comments are specific for this dimension. If RollUp is checked, the hierarchy of this dimension will be used to create a dependency tree for comments. On the report you will see the comment for the current member of that dimension but you can also see (and even consolidate) the comments of the children of that member. Only one (hierarchical) dimension can (and should) have the RollUp selection.
Other Default Settings
Apart from the PoV settings and the initial values of dimensions, the user can also maintain the values of a number of common settings that could vary between Source Systems.
