The notification and Message Center is used to notify and alert users on particular events.
Notifications will be provided:
- inside the application
- through email
- through push notifications on mobiles.
Users will be able to configure how they wish to be notified (i.e. in the app / by email / by push notification) for each kind of event. This setting is valid for the single user.
About Conversations
Users will be notified on new conversations, on updates in conversations or when they were included in an existing conversation
Conversation notifications will pop up immediately without refreshing the page. Next to notifications in the user interface, the system can also be configured to send out emails so the participants do not miss important updates.
About Notification Center
If someone shares a Storyboard, the user to whom it is shared with gets instantly notified via the Notification Center. The user is able to set notification settings on their personal profile.Notifications and Conversation center provides displays alerts for the user about storyboards, system announcements, inside the application and via email.
Conversations
Users are notified about the new conversations or updates to the existing conversations they have been added to. The conversations can be filtered using the tabs Current report and Current POV. Users can set the alert for email notifications for conversations by selecting Settings on the Conversations window.
Notifications
When a user sets the notification settings from their profile, they receive alerts under notification center about shared storyboards and system announcements.
Email notification settings
User can choose to be notified via email about shared storyboards and system announcements by selecting these options from under Notifications>Settings
