Conversation Center
Start a conversation with another user or group of users that have access to the same report anytime. The conversation feature will save the current Point of View (POV) and all in-report selections. When the user opens the conversation, they will be taken to the exact report and POV where the conversation began.
Use the following steps to begin a conversation:
1. Select the Conversation icon
2. Set a subject for the conversation
3. Add the desired participants
4. Click Start conversation
The user will get notified that a conversation has been initiated and will be able to reply to the conversation.
History
A user can view all the conversations they are part of from the list under notification center. The conversations can be filtered using the tabs Current report and Current POV.
