Summary

An object id or object name can be entered in to the relevant input fields to add a new relation or to replace an existing one. In the case of a relation attribute that allows multiple objects to be added, You can add objects to the current relation and/or remove objects from it.

Add objects

Select the object or objects you wish to add either by entering its Object ID, the Object Name or by using the browser.

For multi-instance relation attributes, you can enter a comma separated list of

object ids or object names can be entered in the relevant input fields

use the object browser to browse for objects to create a relation with. It is possible to

Faster adding is possible by pressing the enter key rather than clicking the add key to add relation objects.

In the case of multi-instance relations, note that if an object already exists in the 'Related objects' box, then it won't be possible to add it again. It is possible to select one or multiple relations to replace and for them to be replaced by one or more objects

Once objects are selected, select the Add button or use the Enter key.

Only one object can be linked via a single-instance relation and you cannot add an object to a relation

Remove objects

Select the object(s) in the list of Related Objects then select the Remove button.

Replace objects

Select the object(s) you wish to add, the objects you wish to remove from the relation in the Related Objects list and select the Replace button.
