In version 6.3.2. a new functionality is introduced which gives the possibility to use Light Users. This is an evolution of the CXO Viewer, extending the available License Types to allow the creation of users with more access to the application's functionalities, e.g. they Light Users cannot access reports through the report menu but only through storyboards and conversations (shared content (storyboards or conversations) and can only partially change and access the POV.

The Light User can login to CXO whereupon the page "My Storyboards" will open with a list of shared storyboardsstoryboards that have been shared with the Light User. Access to individual reports via the the report menu is restricted for the logged on Light User, as they can can only play these shared storyboards . All or participate in conversations. For the Light User all the POV dimensions are frozen apart from Year and Period. The Light User has the option to edit POV Comments in a storyboard and participate in conversations.
The Light User can have access to multiple entities set by the admin in POV Filters, however the entity dimension cannot be adjusted in the POV when playing a storyboard. See below the different entity filters for a light userdifferent scenarios of how the storyboard works based on a Light User's Entity POV Filter:
