CXO-Cockpit Reporting Suite Architecture

 

CXO-Cockpit can connect directly to an OLAP source using the CXO-Cockpit OLAP connectors. Next to direct OLAP connectors there are also Application Adapters that connect to an EPM application and extract the data to a SSAS OLAP Cube using a SQL server database.

Supported Databases

To run the CXO-Repository and Master Database the following databases are supported:

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2008
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2012
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2014

OLAP Connectors

The following OLAP Technology is supported:

  • Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services 2005
  • Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services 2008
  • Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services 2012
  • Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services 2014
  • SAP BW
  • SAP HANA
  • Oracle - Hyperion Essbase System 11
