When you have been sent a CXO-Cockpit bookmark email that does not open correctly, the following could be the cause:
You don't have access rights to the report that was sent to you
You need to have access rights to the bookmarked report. Check with the sender of the bookmark, what report was used and check if you see this report in the menu.
You don't have access rights to one of the bookmarked POV members
It could be that somebody has sent you a bookmark with POV members that your security settings don't allow you to select. In this case CXO-Cockpit will automatically select the top member from that dimension. Check with the sender of the bookmark
Configuration errors
When the CXO-Cockpit website after clicking the bookmark URL does not open at all or opens with technical errors, it could be that there is a configuration error. Contact the Administrator in this case.
