Exporting/Printing is done asynchronously by the CXO-Cockpt Export Service. You can view started, pending or completed Export jobs by clicking on the Refresh button.

The Export Jobs window lists all your export tasks. An export task can have the following status:

  • Completed: Click on the hyperlink to open the exported document
  • Failed: This status is shown when an error occurred, click on the hyperlink for an detailed error report and send this to the Administrator.
  • Started: The export job is currently processed, the current page indicates the progress
  • Queued: The Export service is currently occupied by another export job (of another user). The status field shows the length of the queue and the position of your export job.
  • Submitted: The export job is submitted by the website but is not yet recognized by the CXO-Cockpit Export Service

Action to take when Print Job does not get processed or fails

Export jobs are processed asynchronously by the CXO-Cockpit Export Service. When your export job does not get processed it could be that the CXO-Cockpit Export Service is not operational. When an export job fails it could be that the CXO-Cockpit Export Service is configured incorrectly.

Some steps that can help the IT Admin to get your exports up and running again:

  • Make sure that the export service is running, you can view this through the CXO configurator.
  • Make sure that the export files location exists and that the service account on which the export job is running has access to this folder.
  • Restart the export service
