Introduction

CXO-Cockpit offers the option to use Narrative Templates in the Comment Editor. A Narrative template can be used to predefine the format of a comment. This template can be set up by the Administrator.

View

When you select to manage the Narrative Templates, the list of all avaliable Narrative Templates will be opened. From the list, you can see the Name of all of them.

CONTENT

At the right side of the screen, you may see the all the details of the Narrative Template that you will select. Additionally, here, you may click on the Edit button which will open the Edit the Narrative Template from where you can change attributes.

 

Filtering

You can also filter the list by typing the Name of the Narrative Template

.

Options

The actions that can be performed on a Narrative Template by clicking on the Settings in front of the Name column are Copy and Delete. Copy will Copy the format by adding (Copy) at the end of the Name. Delete is for Deleting the Narrative Template.

Create new Narrative Template

By clicking on the + New Narrative Template button, you will open the New Narrative Template Window. Here, the Name of the Template is mandatory field. The HTML Source Code should be insterted and can be viewed by clicking on th Suorce Code button.  After the save Button is clicked, the Narrative Template is avaliable for selecting when creating report.
