Introduction
In version 6.3.2. a new functionality is introduced. This functionality gives the possibility to use Light Users. This is an evolution of the CXO Viewer, extending the available License Types to allow to create users with more access to the application's functionalities, e.g. they cannot access reports through menu but only through shared contents (storyboards or conversations) and can change and access only partially the POVLight Users can partially change and access the POV. The status indicator is accessible to the light user, hence will be able to view the status of the workflow.
Access of the Light User
The Light User can login can login to CXO . The page "to open My Storyboards" with a list of shared storyboards will open. However, the access . Access to the report menu is restricted for the if logged on as a Light User . The Light User as they can only play Play these shared storyboards. All the POV dimensions are frozen , except the apart from Year and Period dimension can be adjusted by the dimensions. The Light User . The Ligth User has the option to edit POV Comments in a storyboard and start and participate in conversations.
The Light User can have access to multiple entities set by the admin in POV Filters, however the entity the entity dimension cannot be adjusted in the POV when playing a storyboard. See below the different entity filters for a light userLight User:

Light User = user user who does NOT have the 'Access Menu and Full POV' permission. The manage Users function will be needs to be used by the security admin to create the Light User. Once the light user is created with its own POV security filter any Regular User can give access via a storyboard to a Light User. Just simply share a storyboard with the user. The difference of the 'can assign the Access Menu and Full POV permission (Regular User) or remove the Access Menu and Full POV permission (Light User) in the permission section of User Groups and Users. Regular Users can share storyboards with a Light User.
The difference between the Access Menu and Full POV ' permission are as follows;permission is:
