Depending on the list dimension chosen for a specific list, the first column(s) will be the dimension(s) which is chosen for each item. In the example above, that is are the Entity and Account dimensiondimensions.
List Attributes
In this List of attributes the basic and advanced attributes are listed. Additionally, if any values are available for the attribute, a direct link to an example on how this value affects the preview of the report is listed.

List Attribute | Description | Available Values | Default
Empty | By setting this attribute to yes, the line will be shown as empty. This means that no data will be queried and only the label/custom description will be showed. | No, Yes | No

Item Label | The default name of the item is displayed. | n/a | n/a
Dimension1 ...Dimension n | A column for each of the dimension on which the list is created. A member or a variable can be selected | Member or a Variable | n/a
Drill | By assigning a drill list to a row, a drill icon will appear in front of the line in the report. This drill list allows the end-user to drill to that list. If a dimension member of an item is a parent in the dimension hierarchy then the end user can also assign a dynamic drill to an item instead of another list. | Empty, Populated | Empty

Threshold value for the Variance (e.g., Actual vs. Budget). If the Variance is less than this Threshold, then a neutral variance color is used (Orange). Otherwise Red (indicating an unfavorable variance) or Green (favorable variance) is used. Use e.g. -200;300 for an absolute threshold or -10%;20% for a relative threshold. | Empty, Populated | Empty | Suppress Variance | Allows you to set the conditions for not suppressing the Variance, by using a a pick list | SuppressNoBaseOrReference, Suppress, NoSuppress, SuppressNoBase, SuppressNoReference | SuppressNoBaseOrReference |
