CXO-View Functionality gives the opportunity to send a view of a Storyboard to anyone within the company network, even those that are not users within the CXO -Cockpit application. So instead of a printed version of your Storyboard, you can send a fully functioning Storyboard with a predefined Point of View. The only restrictions are that the recipient of a View cannot change the POV and cannot navigate to a report that is not included in the Storyboard.
