The admin user has the permission license to maintain the CXO application. An admin is responsible for creating reports, and securely publishing the reports in the menu. An Admin user has permission to access and edit workflows. It is possible to have one admin with all the different Admin rights. Alternatively, you can divide the different roles within your organization and give different Admin permissions to different admin users.
