- Open any report and press the 'Add to Storyboarda storyboard as currently displayed' button.
- Select the Storyboard where you want to add the report to, otherwise "Create a new storyboard".
- Give the bookmark a name, by default the name of the report is shown.
Select the Storyboard where you want the report to add to.
- Select the location of the bookmark in the Storyboard. The new bookmark will be placed before the selected bookmark.
- In the field "Print Orientation" select the correct print orientation. The following options are available:
- Portrait without comments: This print mode is useful for multicolumn templates with many rows, this mode will allow the most content on one page
- Portrait with comments: This mode will also print the comments
- Landscape without comments: With this mode the layout of the report will be more readable if there are many columns of data.
- Landscape with comments: Please note that with this printing mode there will be very little space for comments
- Provide narratives comments with the bookmark. These narratives will be visible as bookmark narratives when playing or printing the StoryBoardStoryboard.
