Summary
The purpose of the Relation gadget is to allow the user to lets you view and edit the current object's Product Relations.
The gadget displays a pseudo-folder for each Product Relation defined in Agility. The Product relations are displayed sorted in alphanumeric order.
For each Product Relation there is:
- A 'handle' to expand/collapse the pseudo-folder
- A checkbox to select/deselect the pseudo-folder's contents
- The name of the Product Relation
Single-instance relations are displayed in black, while multi-instance relations are shown in blue text.
Under each pseudo-folder the object linked to the current object via that relation is displayed:
- A selection checkbox
- The related object type icon
- The related object's name
Clicking on Selecting the object's name will navigate to that object and make it the current object. If more than one instance of that object exists, a dialog will open to prompt the user to select a specific instance to navigate to.

Gadget Action Menu Items
Copy
Copy
This menu item is only enabled if one or more related objects are selected. It will place the checked product relations onto the clipboard and unselect the relations in the gadget. It is important to note that the user is copying a product relation (i.e. both the related object and its relationship to the current object) onto the clipboard.
Paste
Paste
The menu item is only enabled if the current clipboard page contains one or more Product Relations or Product objects or Group objects.
Unlink
Unlink
This menu item is only enabled if one or more related objects are selected. Selecting it will simply unlink the selected related objects from the relation.
Re
Re-order
This menu item is only enabled if a single multi-instance relation has been selected. It brings up a dialog listing the relations, allowing the user to change their order.
Gadget Options
Only show Paste dialog when auto map fails
If auto map can be performed for all the pasted relations, then the usual dialog will not be shown and the paste will be performed instantly without asking for user input.
Suffix Attribute

Select Suffix Attribute
Select an attribute whose global value will be shown as a suffix for all related items. This will be in addition to any visible workflow status suffixes.
Show Show/Hide Suffix Attribute
Toggles the showing and hiding display of the suffix attribute.
