Summary

The Object Comments Gadget displays gadget shows all the user comments that have been made for the current objectcontext. The comments are displayed in a table, and they can be sorted by clicking on selecting the table's column headers.

A Date range can be applied to filter the object commentsObject comments can be filtered by their dates using the Start Date and End Date fields.

They can also be filtered by the text of the comment, an attribute name or the commenting user's name by entering a value in the Filter box.

Select columns to show

The columns shown in the table can be selected and reordered. At least one column must be enabled
  • Show object comments—Toggles whether comments added to the object itself should be displayed. You can add comments to an object in the Browser gadget.
  • Show attribute comments—Toggles whether comments added to the attributes of the object.
  • Show workflow comments—Toggles whether comments added when the object's workflow state was changed should be displayed.
  • —Toggles display of the commenting user's avatar/thumbnail. If avatars are hidden, the commenting user's name is displayed in the comment.
