The Storyboard is an extremely powerful tool to share CXO-Cockpit information within the organisation. The Storyboard is a string of bookmarks , delivering report bookmarks put together to deliver a full story during a board Board or controllers Controller's meeting. The Storyboard prevents guides the presenter from getting lost and guides him or her through the presentation.

A Storyboard can only be maintained by the user who created it. The creator can share his Storyboard with other users by sending a link through email. The recipient will only get a reference to the Storyboard, the creator remains the owner. In order to become the owner of a Storyboard that was sent, the a user will need to copy the Storyboard. After copying, the Storyboard is no longer a reference, but a new instance that can be changed by the recipient. In case If some reports are missing from the Storyboard that was sent to the user, this indicates that the user is not authorized to see this those reports and will only see a restricted Storyboard.
