Introduction

The StoryBoard Storyboard is an extremely powerful tool to share CXO-Cockpit information within the organisation. The StoryBoard Storyboard is a string of bookmarks , delivering a full story during a board or controllers meeting. The StoryBoard Storyboard prevents the presenter from getting lost and guides him or her through the presentation.

The StoryBoard Storyboard remains interactive at all times. Within the presentation the presenter can switch to another point of view and still remain in control of the presentation.

CXO-Cockpit has the ability to export a complete StoryBoard Storyboard to PPT, PDF or Excel.

There are two types of StoryBoards Storyboards – Standard StoryBoard Storyboard and Scripted StoryBoardStoryboard. Below in this article you will find information on Standard StoryBoardsStoryboards. Details on Scripted StoryBoards Storyboards are presented in the Scripted Storyboard article.

Sharing and Ownership

A StoryBoard Storyboard can only be maintained by the user who created it. The creator can share his StoryBoard Storyboard with other users by sending a link through email. The recipient will only get a reference to the StoryBoardStoryboard, the creator remains the owner. In order to become the owner of a StoryBoard Storyboard that was sent to you, you need to copy the Storyboard. After copying the StoryBoard Storyboard is no longer a reference, but a new instance that can be changed by the recipient.
