Export jobs are processed asynchronously by the CXO-Cockpit Export Service. When your export job does not get processed it could be that the CXO-Cockpit Export Service is not operational. When an export job fails it could be that the CXO-Cockpit Export Service is configured incorrectly.
Some steps that can help you get your exports up and running again:
- Make sure that the export job is running, you can view this through the CXO configurator.
- Make sure that the export files location exists and that the service account on which the export job is running has access to this folder.
- Restart the export service
