  1. The two rankings in the top of the screen show the top and bottom 8 entities for an account, in this case operating expenses. You can change the account by clicking on the pick list next to list (1A). In the business settings you can change the account list and the starting account and save it as a building block. By clicking on one of the bars behind the entities you change the entity for the bar charts on the right to that entity.
  2. The two rankings in the bottom of the screen show the top and bottom 8 entities for an account. The accounts you can choose from (2A) are based on an account list which has Direct Costs as a starting account
  3. With this button you can change the number of entities in the ranking.

  5. With this button you can choose if you want to see an Actual, Budget, Variance or Variance % ranking. In this case we are looking at Variance. The starting ranking is Actual which you can change in the business settings.

  7. The top right bar chart shows the trend of the selected account (1A) and entity in two categories for the current and previous 5 months. The selected entity on opening of the report is the entity in the POV. But you can change the entity by clicking on one of the entities in the ranking. You can change the displayed categories in the business settings.
