Print jobs are processed asynchronously by the "CXO-Cockpit Print Server". When your print job does not get processed it could be that the "CXO-Cockpit Print Server" is not operational. When a print job fails it could be that the "CXO-Cockpit Print Server" is configured incorrectly. In both cases contact the Captain. |

It can happen that you do not see all reports in a Storyboard that was sent to you. Most probaply the cause is that your security profile is different from the security profile of the sender of the StoryBoard. Contact the CXO-Cockpit Captain for more information. |

you are probably not the owner of the Storyboard. Use the Copy Storyboard functionality to create a copy that you own. After copying you become the owner and can change the StoryBoard items and add bookmarks. |

If you do not see the same dimension members in the CXO-Cockpit Point of View Bar as in your source system, the following could be the case:
