CXO-View Functionality gives the opportunity to send a view of a Storyboard to anyone within the company network, even those that are not users within the CXO-Cockpit application. So instead of a printed version of your Storyboard, you can send a fully functioning Storyboard with a predefined Point of View. The only restrictions are that the recipient of a View cannot change the POV and cannot navigate to a report that is not inlcuded included in the Storyboard.

Follow these steps to Create a CXO-View.

1. Open Maintain Storyboard menu

2. Select Create Viewview

3. Before the Storyboard starts you can fix any POV dimension that has been used in the Storyboard. read Read more about this in the POV Fixes (Hidden) article
