The Report Creator role can be powerful for functional users that want to create new reports. Reports can be built using any delivered CXO template, or by creating a Free Format Report. The user can create their own custom objects (linked objects), including lists and formats which can only be referenced in the report that they are creating. Additionally, any shared objects that are created in CXO, can also be leveraged and used by the Report Creator.

Once a report is created, an Administrator will have to assign the report into a menu, and assign security access on the report as required.

- Make a any report and/or object that is designed by a Report Creator and convert it into shared objects, which can then be referenced by all other Report Creator roles as well.
- Create user groups and users, including all tasks associated with user access and association.
- Have access to CXO Application Settings.
