The Report Creator role can be powerful for functional users that want to create new reports. Reports can be built using any delivered CXO template, or by creating a Free Format Report. The user can create their own custom objects (linked objects), including lists and formats which can only be referenced in the report that they are creating. Additionally, any shared objects that are created in CXO, can also be leveraged and used by the Report Creator. Once a report is created, an Administrator will have to assign the report into a menu, and assign security access on the report as required. 

The Report Creator can also make a copy of any report, which will copy the lists that are being used in that report. These lists are copied over as a linked list, which can then be modified by the Report Creator to customize the report.

A Full Administrator can also make a any report and/or object that is designed by a Report Creator and convert it into shared objects, which can then be referenced by all other Report Creator roles as well.

The Full Administrator role provides full access to all report creation and administration tasks.  This includes the role of being able to create and/or modify any CXO related objects such variables, formats, cube calculations and lists, menu groups, menu items etc. Additionally, the Admin user can also create, modify or delete any report.
