Fixing the POV allows the user to set a default POV for any (combination of) dimension(s). Check the box next to the Dimension you would like to fix and select the required member from the Pick List or use the member search functionality.
Where used?
The POV Can be fixed when you:
Example Usage
- Printout a management book for a single currency
- Share a Storyboard for one single operational entity using the /wiki/spaces/CXO/pages/2806777048
- Run a Storyboard for a new period
Navigation
You can navigate to reports by using the Storyboard's media player as shown below.
For instance, to deliver a full story during a Board or Controller meeting, the Storyboard guides the presenter through the presentation with the media player.
Another option to navigate to reports inside the Storyboard is by selecting a report from the Report title drop-down menu.
Sharing and Ownership
A Storyboard can be maintained only by the user who created it. The creator can share his Storyboard with other users by sending a link through email. The recipient will only get a reference to the Storyboard, the creator remains the owner. In order to become the owner of a Storyboard that was sent, a user will need to Copy the Storyboard. After making a copy, the Storyboard is no longer a reference, but a new instance that can be changed by the recipient. If some reports are missing from the Storyboard that was sent to the user, this indicates that the user is not authorized to see those reports and will only see a restricted Storyboard.
