Once a Report is opened for preview, The List Panel is opened on the bottom of the Designer. This contants panel contains a tab for every List that is defined in the 'Report ParametersSetting'. You can find the other lists used in the report by clicking on the arrow next to the name of the list.
Use this panel to change list members, formats, formulas, etc. List settings are devided in three groups: Data, Format and Display.
