Summary
The Spreadsheet gadget lets the user you generate spreadsheets for modifying existing and creating new product information. You select Select one or more objects and, optionally, some attribute sets, then request an Export to generate the spreadsheet . Available spreadsheets can be downloaded to the user's machine for editing. After this they can be uploaded using the File Transfer gadget.and download it.

Structure Type
Select the structure type to be displayed in the structure browser. Only structure types enabled for the current workspace will be available.
Structure Browser
Objects which can be selected to form part of the generated spreadsheet are displayed with a checkbox to the left of the object name. Checking Select this box will add the object to include the list of objects to be included in any generated spreadsheet.

Generated Spreadsheets
Once generated, spreadsheets can be clicked Select a spreadsheet in the 'Generated Spreadsheets' box box to download themit.
Options
Parent attribute set
Optional: An optional attribute set that is used to specify a list of attributes on the spreadsheet's primary sheet.
Child attribute set
Optional: An optional attribute set that is used to base the attributes in the spreadsheet on.
Export... Spreadsheet
This dialog lets the user start an export process based on the current selections in the main gadget display.
Send via email to
A comma-separated list of email addresses that generated spreadsheets will be sent toto send spreadsheets.
Export...
Will generate Generates a spreadsheet pre-populated with existing objects from the selected branches of the tree structure points.
Import... Spreadsheet
This dialog lets the user you select spreadsheets initially created by the Spreadsheet Gadget gadget and upload them to the server for processing of the new details they contain.Clicking on the 'Select file' button brings up a directory browser that lets you choose a single file. Clicking on the 'Upload' button sends to update data.
Select Select file to select a single file. Select Upload to send this file to the server for processing.
Send via email to:
The address entered in the email field will be used to report errors encountered during the processing of the spreadsheet. Multiple addresses can be entered using a comma to separate them.To Delimit multiple addresses with commas.
Select Refresh to clear the file selection, use the gadget's 'Refresh' menu option.
Upload
Uploads the selected spreadsheet for processing.
