Summary
The Directory Context Access Rights Editor allows you to set the Directory Context Access Rights (DCARs) for several Agility configuration options. DCARs may also be set on the screen relevant to them, such as the Workspaces configuration option.

Gadget Action Menu Items
Create...
Inactive—use the Create new... option in the Workspaces menu.
Edit...
Inactive—use the Edit current... option in the Workspaces menu.
Delete Workspace...
Deletes the selected workspace(s).
Access Rights...
Administrator users can set the access rights to Workspace definitions for User Groups or individual Users. These access rights apply to workspaces in general, not to specific workspaces.Directory Context Access Rights
Directory Context Access Rights (DCARs) affect the configuration options available for Agility, like Agility Styles, Attribute Definitions, Asset Filters and so on.
Only users with the Administrator role may change DCARs for users.
You can set DCARs either on this screen, that lists all the available configuration options, or on the specific configuration option by selecting the button.
Administrator users can set these DCARs for other user roles:
- Add—create new definitions
- Edit—change existing definitions
- Remove—remove existing Workspace definitions
- Inherit—use the access rights from the parent group
